Pros
I have worked for larger companies in the past where I have felt like a number and I do not feel this way at Hamilton. Employees are treated fairly and you can really make a difference if you are entrepreneurial at Hamilton. The leaders are good listeners and take the time for employees of all levels to voice their ideas and concerns. Hamilton's benefits are top notch, the employer pays a portion of my healthcare deductible and Hamilton shops out it's benefits plans yearly to find the best fit for it's employees. Hamilton's focus on wellness really makes me feel appreciated as an employee and that the company cares not just about what I do for them but also about my personal needs, concerns and growth.
Cons
You can make a difference here if you are good a planning and implementing. The company is good at executing what is in it's roadmap, however, on occasion value added ideas are often hard to implement across multiple departments.
