Somewhat of a flexible schedule, can work from home some days, decent pay for new grads

Overwhelming caseload, being told one thing and made to do another, favoritism, very large caseloads and no support, “you will figure it out!” Is the answer to a lot of difficult questions. No support in dangerous situations . Forced productivity that seems to be more important than the job. Low pay for anyone who needs to pay bills. Stress, so much stress. Being asked to go WAY above what is in the job description, like being used as a taxi service for individuals… told not to do it but people do and are celebrated. We are spread very very very thin with no help, low pay, and upper management doesn’t seem to care.
