One of the biggest problems at Hamilton is the management, from the top down. The “Big 3” run this place. One top manager has been seen (over and over again) screaming and belittling employees and even Supervisors in front of other low level employees. If want to work where you will never be appreciated, no matter how hard you work, this place is for you. My only regret is how many years of my life I wasted there. They are constantly hiring (pretty much anyone, anymore) . More and more people have left or are looking to work elsewhere. Cost of insurance keeps going up, while coverage has gone down. 401k, $1000 company match benefit, hasn’t changed since it probably started. There has never been a cost of living increase, and performance raises are minimal. 3% on average. Another joke, is this “club” that you can to pay into to be allowed to attend a “company” picnic and Christmas party. That’s about as low as a place can get.
