The worst part of my 18 years career path! - Field Service Engineer Hamilton Group Employee Review

Incapable and Unprofessional people are working in important positions. From the top of Service Department, to Service District Managers, instead of supporting and helping their Field Service employees, they want to use them and get promoted within the organization. For the first time in a Service department, I witnessed how heavy was the Political Playing. When I was going to accept their job offer, I read the bad reviews about the company in Glassdoor, but unfortunately, I ignored them! Probably the biggest mistake in my career! My advise to candidates: Read the reviews that wrote with real employees and do not ignore them. That are real and will occur to you if you join this company.
