1. ERP work environment. 2. Work exposure as it is a manufacturing concern. 3. Experience in getting knowledge about practical difficulties in operations process.
Cons
1. Poor staff welfare - No medical facility. 2. No recognition to qualified professionals - Every employee will be treated as far equal to labor worker. 3. Poor administration. 4. Poor HR Policies against employees. 5. No get-together & celebrations. 6. Poor leave policy, no new joined employee will get paid leave for the entire first year. 7. No flexibility to employees. 8. No canteen facility. 9. No cafeteria for tea/coffee 10. No public transport facility if any employee wants to work beyond office hours, even snacks not available nearby as the factory is located city out limits as the company wants all its employees to work at the factory only including HR and Accounts. 11. Poor increment policy - I am the person joined 18 months back but no increment so far. Also no update or notice from HR about the delay. No letter from them to apologize the delay in increment. Poor quality in discharging their responsibilities. 12. No employee feedback and No action plan implementation against feedback.
