We greatly appreciate hearing from our staff and although disappointed you didn't come to us directly, I appreciate that you are frustrated. Thank you for recognizing our product, we work hard to deliver great programs and service to our clients. I'm always here to talk so we can work out why you feel you're being disrespected. We value our employees and I take everyone's suggestions to heart. Communication is the key to success and we want everyone to succeed. When you succeed, so does the company.
