Not a good experience - Secretary Hampton University Employee Review

Pay and benefits are horrible. Very little room for pay increase, no upward mobility. You are stuck where you are. Very old school and unorganized. Little electronic processing, everything still via paperwork and slow. Old buildings and furniture. NO resources, financing, or support for anything yet expectations are very high. Connections are everything, if your know someone that works there or have family working there everything gets handed to you.
