Pros
Wondering if you are going to get paid. Hampton is widely known for having problems of paying it's bills on time. Taught summer school one year and got the summer school pay in February.
Cons
Manage by making threats against you all the time. That they are going to withhold your pay. Not renew your contract. All of this while paying all the employees, except for the administration, small compensation. Hampton is nor known for paying it's employees competitive salaries. The staff are paid almost nothing for working there. Along with you have to work under constant belittling and a harsh work environment.
