Pros

It all started off okay. Grateful for all I learned during my time with this company which was quite long.

Cons

Executive leadership is very out of touch. Their solution to problems is often just replacing employees disregarding that they dictate all the inefective policies and procedures without any discussion or input from employees and managers in the store.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at the Hanania Automotive Group. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, and the workplace culture is collaborative, respectful, and motivating. Communication is clear, expectations are realistic, and employees are recognized for their contributions. There are strong opportunities for professional growth and skill development, which makes the work both engaging and rewarding.

Cons

The environment is fast-paced, which may be challenging for some, and as the company continues to grow, certain processes are still evolving. However, these are natural growing pains and do not take away from the overall positive experience.

Pros

High-reward potential: If you're a strong performer, the pay plan can be very lucrative. This is a great place for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and enjoys being rewarded directly for results. Accessible ownership and leadership: The owner and top executives are involved, approachable, and genuinely care about the company. They’re open to communication and invested in the store’s success. Strong marketing support: The company invests heavily and consistently in marketing, giving sales staff the tools and visibility they need to succeed. Fast-paced, high-energy culture: Ideal for professionals who enjoy momentum, accountability, and daily challenges. Opportunities for rapid growth: Those who stand out and deliver results have a chance to move up quickly.

Cons

Demanding performance structure: Pay plans are structured in a way that if you're not significantly above average, your income can fall short of expectations. There's little middle ground, which becomes unsustainable in the long run. Work-life balance challenges: Long hours, including a 7-day-a-week operation, can take a toll. Time off is difficult to fully enjoy, as your performance is still expected to hold steady for pay purposes. High turnover in management and sales: Due to the pressure and structure, retaining strong mid- and upper-level staff has been an ongoing challenge. Vacation limitations: Unlike other dealers, there’s no performance average cushion while on vacation—so your earnings may drop when you take time off.
