I’m sorry to hear that your experience with HandCraft has been negative.
We are a family owned business who values it’s employees and we reward all employees for their achievements and have several reward programs in place. One of our highest priorities is taking care of our employees and promoting from within. If not for our employees we would not have gotten to where we are.
Our HR department has an open door policy and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions or concerns. Safety an Management.
They didn't care about safety.
Couldn't get anything fixed an if you asked a Higher up, then you were called a lier an was asked: Why dosnt anyone tell me anything?
They always go above my head.
I never got my boot allowance.
I had to buy everything l needed.
Pens, lights, gloves.
No paper towels in the restroom for days.
No rags in the bag to clean windshields/ an no washer fluid. I had no mirror heat most of the winter. Service cable melted on my truck.
They just keep saying write it up again.
An yet someone would mark it as ok an drive it anyway.
Bringing up safety issues=being cut from 6 days a week to 4 days a week.
