I’m really sorry to read your review, particularly after you spent several years with us. Our reputation and history mean a lot, but we’re equally focused on how we work today and want to make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to build strong client and candidate relationships.
The current market has been particularly challenging across the entire recruitment industry, and this has required us, like many others, to adapt our approach, our mindset, and the skillsets we prioritise.
That said, I firmly believe that evolving with the market should never come at the expense of how we treat our clients, candidates, or team members. Our people and our values remain at the heart of everything we do. If you felt that shift negatively, I take that seriously.
