7yThank you for sharing your feedback. It does seem like your experience is a little different to many of our other sales associates' experiences. One average, sales associates achieving their meeting volume goals make between $800 - $1200 a month in bonuses, regardless of whether those deals close or not. As sales associates are not involved for the duration of the sales cycle, we provide a small bonus to the associate who booked the initial meeting for any deals closed by a sales director but this is not the core responsibility of the associates so they are rewarded for their core responsibilities instead. We have numerous sales associates move into other roles within Hanover after a year or two as inside sales associates - some go to Account Management, Recruiting, Research or Outside Sales roles. As this is an entry level role, it is fair to expect someone to master the role first, which can take a year, before they move on to their next role.
