Pros
*DISCLAIMER- REVIEW IS ALL SPECULATION AND BASED ON PERSONAL EXPERIENCES. NOTHING SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS FACT* - Large end of year bonus - 401k match - Decent work life balance for salaried employees - HRA reimburses employees at a percentage for charges not covered by insurance automatically - Tuition reimbursement - Easy work, not very challenging (could also be a con)
Cons
*DISCLAIMER- REVIEW IS ALL SPECULATION AND BASED ON PERSONAL EXPERIENCES. NOTHING SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS FACT* - Large bonus is used as justification for lower raises or starting pay, but can be cut without reason. Basically a loop hole to legally hold a portion of your salary hostage. - Flat company with no defined path for growth or advancement - Poor/unqualified management - "We're like a family" (nepotism) - No remote work capabilities - Low employee morale (responded to with pizza parties) - No real HR department to handle issues - The VP is the head of finance, HR, production, etc... - "Women owned" means the VP's elderly mother is the 'CEO' - Attitude that is stuck in the past
