Pros
Nice people, good benefits, challenging work, employee ownership, ESOT, flexible hours, paid overtime for project work. There wasn't a day that I didn't want to go to work.
Cons
Very centered on midwest. Needs a clear vision for company growth. Not an ambitious firm. Leans towards doing business the same way they've been doing it in the past.
