This is, without doubt, the worst company I’ve worked for. Management quality is extremely poor: many managers lack basic leadership skills and rely on intimidation rather than support. The culture feels toxic, with frequent bullying behaviours, unrealistic expectations, and a complete absence of psychological safety. Decision-making is often erratic and disorganised, creating constant stress for employees. Pay is significantly below market rate for the level of responsibility expected, and this is not compensated by benefits, growth opportunities, or work–life balance. Long hours and pressure are normalised, while concerns raised by employees are largely ignored. Overall, it’s an unpleasant and unhealthy working environment that takes far more than it gives.
