It is (or was) one the biggest apartment builders in Perth. They have a windows factory; reinforcement, steel, and precast workshops. They are located just behind the design office. You can learn a lot.

Some of the staff are educated but underpaid and exploited. Management is rude with comments usually made out loud in front of everyone else. Majority, if not all, in the design office are working full time but employed on casual agreements so they are not entitled to any paid leave, etcetra. There is not much cohesion in the office either and the work can quickly become dull.
