Pros
When I was at Haploos, there were quite a bit of opportunities for new roles. Great client to work with, great consultants who really desired to build strong cohesive teams. Pay was very good. Really loved this job and what we were being paid to implement. I loved training people and being a coach to managers, very fulfilling job.
Cons
Total disconnect between projects and HQ. Only time we would hear from HQ was when something "bad" happened. CEO (Josh Arritola) was absent from most important team meetings and rarely communicated with anyone. He was known for barking irrational policies at his team to control everything, even things we did on our personal time. The running "joke" of the field were the core values (in particular integrity) and how no one followed them, including the CEO who wrote them who would actively show hypocrisy and laziness.
