Pros

There is never a dull moment working here at Happyfox. The CEO is very involved in every aspect of the business and is readily available to support you and make sure you are successful in whatever role you are in. After working in a myriad of environments and institutions, working at Happyfox offers a unique environment and experience that is unique to its own. For example, I feel like everything I do here makes a difference. I am not surrounded in a bureaucratic setting where I'm a small cog in a large machine. I'm also able to wear a lot of hats and gain experience in a breadth of areas from business strategy and HR to finance. I have definitely gained new skills and responsibilities while working with a team that is highly passionate and enthusiastic. Everyone that works here is amazing! We all work hard, but also make time to play. (Our CEO is often in the middle of a corn hole competition w/ our account executives mid day). As a side note, the fully stocked pantry and fridge is amazing. There is always organic fruit, snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. Last but not least, working here really spark inspiration on every level.

Pros

- Team: The CEO/Founder has built a very friendly work environment. There is no such a thing as business versus tech rivalry. Everyone works as a team and there is a great sense of ownership among employees. If you have a good idea you will be heard but you need to speak up. - Product: HappyFox has 2 core products: helpdesk and chat. They have been developed with common sense and bring true value to customers. Both are easy to learn and to work with. Also, they offer great functionality that is at par with most of the big competitors in the market. The majority of the interactions with customer are positive and you rarely experience situations where the platforms don’t work or have defects. Therefore, angry customers calls and customer churn are not a common situation.

Cons

Cons: Hiring process for the US office can be slow, but I think new policies and procedures in place will help.
