Pros
Great company culture and competent, intelligent coworkers, cool problems to solve with lots of agency. Great hybrid work and nice office.
Cons
Close collaboration with AIS gives them too much influence and causes problems, management is stretched thin with coordination. Layoffs come suddenly, seemingly unrelated to the team's performance. Underpaid for my skillet.
