For the most part you can trust almost everyone on the security team to help each other out when needed. The job is very confrontational and it is a blessing to have a team you can trust. Supervisors, especially some of the day shift supervisors call out so much you might only see them once a pay period. Leads to a few pay issues but otherwise the biggest con is the high risk of injury.
