Pros

* Individual teams can be great to work for * Fantastic books to work on * Good healthcare benefits * Hybrid work set up, with most departments only requiring 2 days in the office

Cons

* No central company culture, so department heads really set the tone and experience for those reporting in to them. * Leadership does not provide much communication with employees * Minimal training or support for managers which also impacts lower level employees

Pros

Fully remote with all necessary tech provided, weekday schedule, great benefits, good leadership, small close-knit teams, generous PTO in addition to paid holidays

Cons

Base salary could be better but is offset with benefits package. Employee retention is high (a huge plus IMO) butcould limit upward mobility if you're looking for it.
