Pros
Plenty of food offered during the day and lunch is free. Exposure to new technology Good Benefits
Cons
Open office environment is not conducive for team unity or workload. People are constantly looking over your shoulder or walking up to your desk to ask for help instead of using the ticketing system. There are too many meetings that take up valuable time that you will need to get your work done. You will be under constant surveillance to make sure your ticket counts are high, and reprimanded when they are not. There is also no warning regarding certain meticulous customers who will need service, which will put you at a severe disadvantage as to how and when you can solve their problems, as management does nothing to make the situation easier for you to deal with. Preferential treatment is the name of the game here, so hopefully you are on the right team when you begin employment. There are no opportunities for upward mobility here. Management may promise that to you, but it never happens.
