Pros

Co workers are very friendly and easy to get along with. I am grateful to at least have a job that pays more than minimum wage.

Cons

Managers will sit around playing on their cell phones or social media while telling their employees to work harder. You get a 45 min. lunch, which will get cut to a 30 min. lunch with very little notice before hand if it's busy, and 2 ten min breaks. Outside of that if you need to use the rest room or get a drink of water you will get written up. If the manager doesn't like you they will do anything they can to get you fired and if you turn in a 2 weeks notice they will just fire you on the spot. If you tell HR or your manager something private, with in a day everyone in the center will know.

Pros

They have worked with me on a few occasions with some medical issues. They let me work at many different hours, and have never given me a hard time for leaving early for an appointment or a family issue. Flexibility was excellent, and being a parent, that means a lot. Great team members. Can't say enough about the people I worked with.

Cons

How about treating your employees with respect? Change policies all the time? Cut our office space in half? Raises? Headcount cuts? Still not sure if what I did was recognized. I wish they realized how hard I worked, but all I get was more work when other positions were cut. I don't know the last time I actually saw a raise before I left. I was tired of not getting even a cost of living raise, so I went somewhere else where I feel more appreciated.
