Pros
Harris is an ideal company for a recent college grad with a major in journalism or marketing to get their feet wet and learn the nuances of the publishing business.
Cons
Unfortunately, there's no real future here. Harris doesn't give raises. Your entry salary will be your salary until you decide to move on or they fire you . This company prescribes to the "if you don't like it, there's the door" mentality. If you take a job here, learn the most you can and then move on to better things.
