Go somewhere else - Assistant Grocery Manager Harris Teeter Employee Review

They only care about themselves. They don't care about their customers and sure don't care about their employees. They have cut hours down to a minimum and expect the employee's to work twice as hard and give them nothing for it. They start you out at a very low pay rate now and don't give out raises appropriate for the work. They don't recognize people you do anything good or go beyond what they have to do. No overtime allowed but they can afford to send the managers to the Bahama's and give them outrageous bonuses.
