      Nice to their employees, flexible scheduling, encouraging and respectful of employees' situations and time constraints, nice environment and friendly people.

      Cons

      Managers don't listen very well, empty promises to their employees/not listening, a little annoying to constantly greet everyone, pressure to be overly friend can annoy customers.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
