Pros
Funny and friendly customers, supportive coworkers and supervisors, weekly pay, dental/vision insurance for part-timers, fast-paced environment, 15-minute breaks every 4 hours, 30-minute meal break every 6 1/2 hours, straightforward tasks, the schedule forecasted two weeks out.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business, your schedule will be unpredictable and you may not get enough hours. It's a good entry-level job to get a sense of "how the world works." Unfortunately, there are a lot of layouts and no calls/no shows, so be prepared to pick up the slack for your less-than-reliable coworkers. It would be good if even PT workers were offered some form of health insurance, but in this system, everyone does the best they can with what they have.
