Pros
Good pay. Bonus checks and other benefits are robust. Their overall mission statement and original intention of the company is positive, noble, and is very achievable if staffed properly.
Cons
In recent years, the company lost its way in maintaining a comforting, inviting, and hospitable environment that they project. With the hours that managers are given to disperse to such little staff makes what Harris Teeter projects unachievable. I will admit that they do stick by their claim of promoting from within. However those in upper management now were in the trenches prior to the staff being chocked to exfoliation. Therefore, the separation between management and staff is unique in not realizing what is obtainable is no longer humanly realistic.
