Pros
Managers were fairly understanding and very willing to work with you (usually). Pay was pretty good for a first retail position. Profit-sharing bonus was a huge plus.
Cons
Sometimes people could be very childish; occasionally feel lack of respect. A lot of the time, your are just working with a bunch of high school kids who couldn't care less
