Pros

Benefits are good, keeps you on your feet, can listen to music whenever overnight

Cons

It’s obvious even to customers that not all Harris Teeters are uniformly the same. You have your newer glossier stores and then older ones that are dingy, murky and not well maintained at all. All under the same company name. Also there’s way too many bad salaried managers as the company is very lax about reprimanding them for bad behavior on the job. They’re pretty much free to do what they want with no repercussions. Also they don’t uphold the same standards for all their workers. They are quick to hire people with disabilities and not hold them to any standard whatsoever, which leaves the rest of the team to pick up their slack. They’re not expected to work like everyone else, the only expectation they have is showing up and some don’t even do that. Meanwhile they stay employed because management doesnt want to go through any hurdles with corporate, all while being overly critical of the workers who are actually there to do their job.
