Pros

It's a good company to work for for a year or two. They offer tuition reimbursement and profit sharing bonuses twice a year.

Cons

They don't care about the employees. Managers will schedule you to close one night and open the next morning. The pay is mediocre, especially for the amount of work you have to do. Management views employees as machines that aren't allowed to make mistakes or tired. Managers give employees rules to follow, but will change it for an upset customer which makes it look like we don't know what we're doing. If you're going to have rules it should apply to all customers and not just when management feels like enforcing it. They will train you for about a day and then expect you to know how to do it on your own the next day. Very stressful environment. Wouldn't recommend.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
