      There are plenty of opportunities while working at Harris Teeter within the store as well as within the department.

      Cons

      Micromanaging as well as ad changes can be very abrupt and stressful if you're not adapted to it. Visits from Higher-Ups can be particularly stressful.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
