Pros
- A great foot in the door to the music industry - Lots of control over projects (on my team) - Many smart, talented, friendly employees
Cons
I'd like to stress that this is my subjective opinion and nothing more. I can't say I recommend HFA unless you are absolutely desperate. Technical projects were often poorly planned. "Orders from on high" were handed down regularly without speaking to engineers on whether meeting some arbitrary deadline was feasible. My time there felt long one long overdue deadline.
