Terrible - Business Change Consultant Hart Square Employee Review

A great company to work for with a fantastic set of people. The vision is helping "amazing organisations achieve remarkable things" and that's evident throughout all the work done. The clients are brilliant and its a privilege to work with them. Pay and benefits are good. Work can be full-on, but is achievable, and there's loads of support and care given. Development opportunities are made available to all staff. (IMHO this company is unrecognisable from the one that older comments here refer to).

Not really a 'con', but you have to be good at managing your own time.

Great colleagues who help and support each other.

Selfish, rude and patronising senior management who only seem to be worried about how much money they (i.e. Directors) can make. Don't give a stuff about the staff working hard for them. They just expect you to work all hours.
