We immediately investigate any employee claims regarding the work environment and encourage our employees to report any workplace issue to Human Resources. No complaints of any sort, formal or informal, that resemble the issues raised in the above post were reported to HR or anyone else at Harvard. After reading the above review, and despite the several factual inaccuracies contained in the post, HR proceeded with an investigation of the allegations.
