      Managers don't communicate with or manage employees, care more about profit margins then workers, cut corners everywhere they can, will force you to work insane hours and never attempt to find proper coverage or hire new guards

      Pros

      The leadership for the Operations Management team and other from the office is of higher quality than I’ve experienced at other companies. They tend to have a better vetting system to higher security staff so teams are built with higher standards. Communication is strong and being paid is not a concern.

      Cons

      Some floater guards may prove to cause issue with matching skills of guards from normal staffing.
