The people are great; reasonable, kind, empathetic, and super smart. I couldn't ask for better teammates! It's a great place to grow. There is the possibility of leveling up or moving to a different work function, and there's a generous education budget. There are competitive benefits, and one of my favorite benefits is non-profit donation matching, and a regular process of nominating and voting on great non-profits for the company to donate to.
