      I don't think there are any pros for this particular company. It's literally a sinking ship.

      No benefits No increments No support from management No metrics to track your performance No growth opportunities Managers in there are not very experienced in managing a team

      Pros

      They were able to find me a position in Amazon. They would check in on me every month which I appreciated.

      Cons

      No paid vacation time, no holiday pay. have to wait long time to get dental insurance.
