There's a lot of talk about this being a new company, but the new ownership and leadership is the same as the old leadership we've had for a long, long time! Nothing has changed! The same narrow-mindedness on how to run this company also remains the same. They always talk about our big new plans but nothing new every really happens. We've held on to the same customer base forever because we don't know how to get anything else and nobody else wants these accounts! We wouldn't know how to bring on real new consistent business if we tried, and we certainly can't keep any. The time for big bold bright ideas was ten years ago when we still had a good reputation and the people to support it. Now its just a little sad.
