You have thousands of better options than this company. In my opinion it is a company for very local people and even then it will depend on how the workshop managers like you. They are not very reliable. At the beginning you are usually offered with a small external company which seems rather unreliable. In Netherlands you have thousands of companies to work for directly. Avoid as much as possible those small companies that take something just to be in the middle. You don't need them.

Motivated and engaged staff with a no-nonsense mentality. Solid and successful for many years. Employees and management are proud of their products. Nice mix between R&D activities and getting things sold in the market (and making profit).

Location is getting too small for the size of the company. Lots of regulations are forced upon the company which might hinder innovation and/or creativity.
