The retirement is excellent with an option for an employee stock purchase plan. All employees, companywide, are happy to help anyone at any level with issues they may run into. Hawkins continues to grow and that often creates opportunities for advancement.

With being a customer service-based business, there are times where overtime is needed on short notice to meet our customers' needs.

Good pay, colleagues are great and very helpful

Provided no training even when coming from a different industry, which is very difficult when dealing with 1,000's of chemicals. Some managers aren't transparent with KPIs or expectations as well as minimal support from them. This is really dependent on the area of the country and what region you have. There are some really great regional managers in other areas of the country, and I unfortunately was not in one of those regions.
