Pros
Base pay was okay, commission helped but was very difficult to understand structure.
Cons
Tremendous communication disconnect from branch level to corporate office, work life balance non existent, safety measures often ignored or outdated. Was often asked by management to work past federal DOT allowed limits when they would not do the same. Extremely limited room for promotion or advancement at branch level.
