Innovative products and a behemoth in commodities allows Sales to offer many products to many different industries with the infrastructure to follow through on promises that customers rely on. Customers and competitors often compliment the overall business direction. Common sense seems to not be common anymore. Those who work smart are recognized and rewarded. Management understands that contributions are more important than long hours.
Cons
If you expect to mail it in and work like you're waiting for the weekend, maybe this isn't a company you want to work for.
