Pros
If you’re looking to go into the office Hawkins would love to have you there in person. Some VPs are okay with working from home two days a week while others are moving toward full time in the office.
Cons
Hawkins CEO has hired his friends and former classmates as part of the exec team. With the exception of one female they are all men who are competing against each other and deferring blame for why things aren’t getting done. It’s a frustrating environment for anyone trying to make positive change.
