Having spending a long career at various public and private entities, I have to say after joining Hawksearch 8 months, I've never been with a more intelligent dedicated, committed, non-political set of great people. It is a tremendous honor to be part of and help grow this business. Further, as a data/product geek, to have both the start-up drive and a product that is so unique and differentiated in the market, makes this an amazing place to be part of.
Cons
We are at a unique inflection point, where scaling the rest of the organization around the product will take energy and patience to bring in the right people that are as committed to the customer and teamwork as what we have today.
