Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork: Can't say enough about the team here. The team is extremely supportive, coming from all areas of the company and ladder, from juniors all the way to the top. This place wouldn't be what it is without the people. Remote: fully remote is an absolute blessing Freedom: we're given the space to work on what we want and at our pace. it's a startup, so we rely heavily on the expertise of the individual to guide the project through the finer details. Fast Pace: we push out large features FAST, which is extra rewarding if you're coming from a bigger company where things take months for a small feature.

SaaS is tough, we have to make our clients happy and that's really really hard to balance with many customers with differing requests. Things pop up at weird times, requirements change, new bugs pop up, that's just how it is. That being said, there's no better feeling in the world when we do make them happy. We're small, so sometimes we have to get extra creative with solutions that a bigger company could just throw resources at.
