Pros
A well oiled machine, this company is hitting it's stride after a couple years of change and several course corrections. I think some of the online reviews listed are actually after a merger (since un-merged...see "cons" below), because I would disagree with anyone who lists Haystax under 4 stars. Pros of working here: the people (some of the smartest in the industry, kind, and always willing to teach someone what they know), an exciting product (no one else is doing what we do and the industry needs it), and the benefits (vacation, flexible schedule, and family leave...definitely more established than any start-up I've seen).
Cons
Most of the reviews posted before April 2016 were from when Netcentrics and Haystax were one company. Netcentrics is a "butts in seats" IT company (much like the government), while Haystax is a innovative, start-up (exact opposite of the government). The two cultures never meshed (understandably), but now that they have "un-merged" the culture at Haystax is much stronger and pleasant.
