£7.75 per hour, just have to walk around and assign others to clean, you have assistant manager. Build relationship with cleaners, encourage them.

Constant change of staff, always someone of cleaners don't come, needs cover. Late evening work. If you work in day time pupils and teachers look down on you as you are low class. Have to wait for supplies to come.
