Tra Very welcoming guys and girls, and many fun activities: ice karting, gaming nights, snowboarding, hackathons. - Your colleagues will be there for you. Doesn't matter if you're stuck coding at your client, or if you need to talk about your work/life balance.

- Low diversity - They have quite an informal working culture. Not a minus for me, but keep in mind. - Not all company "rules" are arranged and structured, which is common for many startups. This means freedom but sometimes it's a bit chaotic.

- Great work/social balance - Constant opportunities for growth and to learn new technologies - Fun and smart group of passionate engineers - Hackathons pushing you to show your best - Good compensation - Great choice career wise to work for major companies whilst having a core group to fallback on and ask for help if you're out of your depth. - Ambitious company that only allow people who are like-minded - Free to help shape the course of the company

- Not enough internationals. Very Dutch spoken right now - Missing company updates; Not transparent enough in showing how we're doing - no HR. Very start-up scale-up feeling.
