Pros
Headforwards is a company that puts the wellbeing of its employees first. Don't expect to work long hours here. Low stress, laid-back culture. Beach bbq, company events. Great people. Small town location near minutes from the beach. Wonderful area to raise kids, especially younger.
Cons
If you are looking for big city lifestyle this is not a good match. Pay is amazing for Cornwall, but definitely not London wages.
